Preston Mann is a Santa Barbara native. He started Mann Construction over 30 years ago and has built dozens and dozens of quality, beautiful homes here on the South Coast.

Preston Mann and Mann Construction believe in bringing integrity and honesty to everything they do. With decades of expertise and experience, they understand how to take care of their clients and ensure the process of building each client’s dream home is a great one.

Preston and his wife Debbie are the parents of 7 children, they value family and community. They reside in Santa Barbara and enjoy spending time with their kids and now 6 grandchildren. Camping, biking, motorcycling, and beach trips are some of the family’s favorite activities. The family is active in school sports, music and theater departments and local church organizations.
